If you click "Edit code" on the button in the bottom right corner, you remove the API connection, and the ability to update the theme.
If you want to view the code, you can make a copy of the theme, and click "Edit code" on the copied theme instead.
This warning only appears in theme preview mode. Customers will not see it.
