How to process an access on our website
1. Log onto your e-Boks via the e-Boks website
2. Enter the Post from companies 'tab'
3. Type in the name of the company at the top left corner in the e-Boks (Section 1 in the screenshot)
4. Press the access that you wish to enter (Section 2 on the screenshot)
You will now be able to view the access that you have selected.
2. How to process an access on our app
1. Log onto the e-Boks app on your private e-Boks.
2. Select 'Post' at the bottom of the app then press the little folder icon in the top left corner.
3. Select 'Shared with me'.
You will now be able to view whether you wish to select the post via the folders or via the senders by pressing 'All folders' or 'All senders'. After selecting one of these, you will be able to view the post sorted after the fashion you have chosen.
