You can give another e-Boks user access to your mail. This can be very practical if, for example, there is just one person in the household who takes care of paying the bills etc. The person will then only have to log on once to see their own and, for example, their spouse's inbox.
OBS: This only gives access to the inbox 'Mail from companies'.

1. Log on to e-Boks via e-Boks.dk.
2. Click on 'Menu' in the top navigation bar (1. circle).
3. Select 'Shared folders' under 'Settings' (2. circle).
4. Press the 'Share my folders' button (3. circle).
5. Now you need to enter the following information:
- Enter the recipient's name and CPR number. If it is a company that needs access to your mail then press 'Company/Authority' and enter the CVR number and possibly RID number of the employee.
- Enter a password. This must be used by the recipient in order to accept the access.
- If you wish, you can choose and enter an expiry date for the access to your mail. If you do not want an expiry date, you can simply delete the date that has been automatically created.
6. Then press the 'Next' button.
7. Select the rights you want the recipient to have.
OBS: If you choose 'Reading' or 'Edit', you will have to select which folders the recipient can access (see the yellow square).
8. Confirm by pressing 'OK'.
2. How to accept an access
This should only be accepted by the person to whom access is granted.
1. The access recipient logs on to e-Boks via e-Boks.dk.
2. On the starting page, click 'Accept' in the new notification regarding the access.
3. Enter the password that you chose in step 5 above.
4. Press 'OK' to confirm.
Now the access is accepted and you have access to the access provider's and your own mail in e-Boks.
How to find the access
To find the access, the access recipient must log in to their e-Boks account.
- Open the inbox 'Mail from companies'
- To the left there is a box with the access recipient's name
- Click on the box and then the given access
OBS: The created access is only a reading access. That means that the access recipient can only manage mail (move the mail into folders, delete, etc.), but cannot act as the access provider (reply or write new mail).
