1. Try to access e-Boks using another browser
For starters we would suggest that you try and log onto your e-Boks account using another browser. The browsers which we suggest using are Safari, Google Chrome and Firefox; but it is not a requirement as long as you are using a browser. Here are the downloading pages of the most commonly used browsers.
Safari
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
2. Reset your browser
If you solved the issue by switching to another browser, this might be because of the settings that you are currently using within your main browser. Therefore, we would suggest trying to reset your main browser with its current settings.
Following you will find the links on how to reset the most commonly used browsers.
Safari
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Please notice! Recovering and resetting the settings will result in the deletion of bookmarks, favorites and more. Therefore, we would suggest that you make a backup before the resetting is carried out.
3. Receiving Error code 790202
If you have tried to log onto your e-Boks through your computer's main browser but receive the error code ending in 790202, this might because of a specific bookmark or favorite or shortcut you are currently using.
Try deleting the bookmark, favorite or shortcut normally used. Then try accessing www.e-Boks.dk and clicking on ‘Log in as private’ or ‘Log in as business’.
If you intend to log in through an e-Boks bookmark, we highly suggest that you use the web address www.e-Boks.dk instead and always access your account manually; that way the error will likely not occur.
