In connection with the launch of the new public digital mailbox, you will see a change in your folder structure.
When you log on to e-Boks.dk, you will now start by going to 'My overview'. Here you have direct access to the mail you most recently received, which is basically displayed in chronological order, together with important messages from e-Boks, news etc. In 'My Overview', you cannot see your folders.
This is because your folders are now divided into 'Mail from companies' and 'Mail from the public sector'.
Therefore, you must now enter e.g. 'Mail from companies' to see your folders and mail from private companies such as bank, insurance and etc.
You can also access 'Mail from the public sector' to access your folders and mail from public senders, such as municipalities, regions, hospital and etc.
