When you are logged into your e-Boks account, you have the option to print the documents in your inbox.

1. How to print a document
To start with, you must select the inbox where the mail is located, either Mail from companies or Mail from the public sector.
Then you can do the following to print a document in three different ways.
Method 1: You can open the letter, right-click on the letter itself and select Print.
NOTE: This is not possible in Mozilla Firefox.
Method 2: Put a checkmark by the left of the document you want to print. Then press 'more'.
NOTE: This procedure does not work if the document is a .pdf file.
Then select 'Print'
Method 3: You can find the print function after you open the document. You will find this at the top of the document, where the title of the document is written.
You can also press the 'printer' icon, which can be found at the top right of the PDF viewer, after you have opened the document.
2. How to save a copy locally
If you experience challenges with printing documents, we recommend that you save the document on your computer and print it that way.
If you want to save a document locally on your computer, do it like this:
If you are in the 'Mail from the public sector' inbox and want to save a document locally to your device, you can do it in the following way:
1. Open the document
2. Press ‘Print’ which is found above the document
3. Change ‘Printer’/’Destination’ to ‘Save as PDF’.
4. Now save the document on your computer
In the 'Mail from companies' inbox, you can save documents as known from before.
1. Go to the ‘Mail from companies’ inbox.
2. Put a checkmark by the document that you want to save on your computer.
3. Press the 'More' button.
4. Select the function 'Save a copy on this device'.
