1. Pop-up message in regard to consent:
When you log onto your e-Boks, you will be greeted by a pop-up message wherefrom you can decide on consent.
If you want to view mail from the public sector, you must press 'Yes, please'.
If you want to decide on this at a later time, you may press 'Ask me later'.
2. How do I give consent if I selected 'Ask me later'?
If you have selected 'Ask me later' you will be directed to your e-Boks as normal, but you will not be able to see Public Digital Mail.
You will still be able to give consent to this by pressing 'Register' on the box above your mail, or on 'Menu' then 'Register for mail from the public sector' followed by selecting 'Register'.

Once you have given consent to be shown Public Digital Mail, you will be able to use e-Boks to view both the mail you receive on e-Boks.dk and the mail from public authorities.
