If you experience any issues regarding logging in to the e-Boks app, it can be helpful to delete your user and recreate it again. If that doesn't work, you'll need to do a complete reset of your app and mobile access.

1. Start by opening the e-Boks app without logging in.
2. Delete the user inside the e-Boks app. This is done by pressing the 'X' at the top right of your name.
3. Then tap on 'OK' for the user to be removed from this device.
4. Login with your MitID, and then with mobile access.

2. Complete reset of the e-Boks app
To do a complete reset of your e-Boks app, follow these steps:
1. Start by deleting the e-Boks app on all your devices.
2. Log in to www.e-Boks.dk through a browser.
3. Tap 'Menu' (Circle 1) on the top right and then on 'Mobile Access' (Circle 2).
4. Press 'Remove Mobile Access' at the top of the page and then tap 'OK'.
Wait 10 minutes while our systems update the changes you have made.
After that, enable mobile access again.
1. Log in to e-Boks.dk again, press 'Menu' and 'Mobile Access'
2. Choose 'Enable'.
3. Set a password to use on your mobile phone (password must be at least 8 characters long).
You can now download the e-Boks app from App Store or Google Play store, and then log in to the app again.
