How to log in to the e-Boks app with Mobile Access (CPR/Password)

To log in to the e-Boks app (the latest version), you need to use mobile access (with a self-created code) or biometric login, such as facial recognition or fingerprints.

How to Activate the Mobile Access:

First time when you open the e-Boks app, you can activate the mobile access by following this guide:

1. Press 'Log in with MitID' and log in with your MitID.

2. You will then be asked to log in with your mobile password. Enter this and then press 'Continue'.

Note! If you haven't already created a mobile password, you will be asked to create one.

Note! If you can't remember your password, press the button 'Forgot password' in the top right corner.

Note! It is required to enter the mobile password to access the e-Boks app.

3. If you want and if your phone supports it, in the next step you can enable biometric login.

You will now be logged in to your e-Boks app and even have enabled mobile access as well as fingerprint/Touch ID or facial recognition/Face ID, if you have chosen this.
