How do I edit my profile information?

It is possible to edit your profile information, such as name, email and mobile number in the e-Boks app.

You can edit your profile information by doing the following:

1. Open the e-Boks app and log in.
2. Tap the 'Profile' tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Now press 'Name, email, mobile number' under 'Mail from private companies'.
   
4. It is now possible to edit your e-Boks name, email and mobile number. Here you can choose whether you want to receive newsletters. Once you have made the necessary changes, press 'OK' in the top right corner to save.
   

You have edited your profile information.

Please notice! If you have edited your mobile number, you will receive an SMS within 24 hours with a confirmation code, which you must enter by pressing 'Confirm mobile number'.

Please notice! If you have edited your email address or added an additional one, you will receive an email within 24 hours with a link to confirm the email.
