It is possible to receive documents with an attached file. Once that occurs the file will be shown as a minor paper clip icon on the document. If there is not a paper clip icon visible, this means that there is no file attached to the document.

In order to open the attached file, you must do as follows:

1. Start by locating and opening the document with the attached file.
2. Click on the ‘beam’ located beneath the document, and swipe from the bottom to the top.
3. You can now view all of the different details about the document, and in ‘Attachments’ the attached file will be shown. Select it in order to open and read it.
