As a user you are able to write a new message to most senders in e-Boks. If sender has made it possible, you will see them when choosing "Write new message".
In order to write a new message you must do the following:
- Log on to www.e-boks.dk
- Press "Write new mail".
- Search for the sender you would like to write a new message to by pressing the "To:"-field.
- Choose the mailbox you would like to write to (if there's multiple mailboxes available, choose the one that fits your concern the most).
- Put in a subject, write your message and click the 'Send'-button.
You can also attach files and documents from either your e-Boks or locally from your PC.
You have now send a secure message to the sender.
