As an ongoing effort to increase the security levels around e-Boks, we have now enabled DMARC on our mails. While it is a step in the right direction, some users may find that automatic mails from e-Boks may be caught in spam filters.
Example:
If test-email@gmail.com are being used to notifications from e-Boks, and is being automatically forwarded to e.g. test-email@icloud.com - the mail will be denied by iCloud.
This is due to that Gmail forwards the mail without changing sender specific informaiton, and the mail seemingly is sent from an e-Boks account, which is not being accepted by validation systems.
In order to solve the issue you must correct the e-mailaddress on your e-Boks profile (Menu --> Profil) the your e-mailaddress.
