You may log on to your e-Boks yourself and view much of the information that e-Boks processes for and about you.

You can download all documents: 1. Mark the documents that you want to download 2. Select 'More' and click 'Save as local copy' 3. Click 'Save' followed by 'Save' again to finally confirm download of documents

2. Submitting request for insight
You do not have direct access to the following information:

Metadata (All information regarding your documents)
-
Log (Information regarding documents such as when you have received or accessed a document)
-
Physical documentation (Such as personal information in probate certificates, power of attorneys, etc.)
To gain insight into this information, you must submit a request for insight. This is possible via e-Boks user support.
1. Contact e-Boks user support.
2. Make use of the form: 'Private'.
3. In 'My inquiry relates to' you must select 'Data protection advisor'.
4. You must moreover provide the following:

Request for insight into the security log of e-Boks, metadata and/or other information

The specific period that you want information about
Processing of case and authentication
In order for e-Boks to safeguard the identity of the user and prevent that the information becomes known to inappropriate parties, all cases, including those related to requests for insight, are processed exclusively in the user support system of e-Boks.
