How to add pictures and files in the chat

If you need to know how to add documentation or images in our user support chat, you can view the following guide.

Via mobil

1. Select the gray arrow at the top right corner of the screen.

2. Now select the paperclip in the bottom left corner.

3. Select an option, depending on whether you need to attach a document (choose Select archive) or an image (choose Photo library or Capture picture or record video).

Via the website

1. Select the paperclip in the bottom right corner.

2. Now select the image or document in order to attach it.
