If you do not wish to be registered with the "register all" function, you can always unregister.

We recommend that you remain registered, as this is the easiest way to receive your mail in e-Boks from the senders you wish to receive mail from.

Note! If you unregister the function before the 30th of December 2024, you will automatically be registered again on the 30th of December when our new terms of use and privacy policy become effective. Therefore unregister after the 30th of December 2024 at the earliest.

If you wish to deactivate the "register all" function, you must do the following:

1. Select the 'Senders' tab at the bottom of the screen.

2. Now select 'Private virksomheder' (private companies).

3. Select 'Registered' as shown in the picture below.

4. Now select 'OK' in the box that pops up on the screen.

 

 

You have now unregistered from the "register all" function.

If you wish to deactivate the "register all" function, you must do the following:

1. Select 'Menu' at the top of the screen.

2. Choose 'My registrations'.

3. In the section 'Private senders', select 'Read more'.

 

 

4. Click on the 'Unregister' button.

 

 

5. Now select 'Confirm' in the box that pops up on the screen.

 

 

You have now unregistered from the "register all" function.

 

If you are not registered all senders, your e-Boks will look like the following when selecting 'My registration'.
