If you have problems viewing your mail and the browser freezes or displays a blank page, this might be because we do not currently support your browsers’ internet settings.
Frequently the problem may be solved by resetting settings to standard. In Internet Explorer this is done as follows:
- Select Tools and then Internet options;
- Select the Advanced tab;
- Press the Restore advanced settings button;
- Press OK and close all browser windows;
- Re-start the browser and log on to Digital Post.
Be aware! Resetting and changing settings may delete favorites, bookmarks etc. We advise you to do a backup before resetting your settings.
