How Do I Log in to e-Boks Business

Once you have this employee signature, simply visit www.e-Boks.dk and select 'Log on for Business.' Here, you should use your employee signature with the administrator role.

If you are registered as an 'Association Representative/Foreningsrepræsentant' just visit www.e-Boks.dk and select 'Log on for Business.' Here, you should use your personal MitID and choose to log in for the association.

You will then be guided through the activation process, where you will be asked to provide a series of information about the association."

Other Business Types:

To activate e-Boks access, you should use either 'MitID Business' or 'NemID Employee Signature.'

After you have done this, simply go to www.e-Boks.dk and select 'Log on for Business' and use your MitID or NemID key card/key file.

You will then be guided through the activation process, where you will be asked to provide a series of information about the company

Signing Rule

Depending on the signing rule, the Director can log in with their personal MitID.

For this to be possible, the signing rule should, for example, state 'The Director signs on behalf of the business alone.'

In this case, they can visit www.e-Boks.dk and select 'Log on for Business' and log in with their personal MitID to gain access.

However, to grant access to others, an employee signature must be ordered through Nets.
