If you see a message saying your e-Boks app has been blocked ("Tidslås"), then it means you have entered wrong information multiple times. Your e-Boks app will be temporarily blocked for one hour.
If you need access right now, you can unblock the app by changing your e-Boks mobile password.
To change the password, please do the following:
- Go to www.e-boks.dk.
- Press 'Menu'.
- Press 'Mobile access'.
- Press 'Change' next to your password.
- Put in a new password for the e-Boks app.
Now you are able to access the e-Boks app with the new password.
