If you have not received a an e-mail to confirm your e-mail address, you should verify that your e-mail address has been entered correctly. You can see your e-mail address by selecting Menu and then Settings.
- If the e-mail address is correct, various technical issues might be preventing the message from reaching you. For example, it may have been removed by a spam filter or placed in a folder for unwanted mail in your e-mail program. To get a new message, use Resend verification message on your profile page.
- If the e-mail address is incorrect, enter the correct one on your profile page and a new confirmation message will automatically be sent.
- You can request a new verification e-mail by going to Menu and then Profile. Click the link Resend verification message next to your e-mailaddress.
