This guide will cover how to manage multiple documents simultaneously in regards to moving, deleting, marking them as unread, etc.:
1. Go to the tab ‘Mail’ and click on the folder icon at the top right corner.
2. Select the folder that contains the documents, you want to handle.
3. Click ‘Edit’ at the top right corner.
4. Pick the documents that you wish to delete by clicking on them.
5. Now click on the icon containing the three circles in the bottom-right corner.
6. Now you have the option to click either ‘Move’, ‘Delete’, ‘Marked as unread’ or ‘Marked with a flag’ in regards to how you intend to manage the documents that have been picked.
You will now have moved, deleted or marked multiple documents at a time.
