If you have received an access from another individual or a company in order to view their letters on e-Boks, you will be able to locate that through your e-Boks app. This guide shows you how.
Please note! We will cover two different methods of locating a given access.
In order to view all the folders and access the letters of the given access, you need to do as following:
1. Log onto your e-Boks private account through the app.
2. Select the 'Mail' tab at the bottom of the screen and then press the folder icon located at the top right corner.
3. Now click on 'Shared with me'.
You will now be able to view all of the different accesses granted by another person or company as well as their folders and mail.
It is also possible to locate the given access by doing as following:
1. Log onto your private e-Boks account through the app.
2. Click on the 'Mail' tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Now select your name located at the top left corner.
4. Choose the given access you wish to access under 'My access'.
By choosing this method, you will only be able to strictly view the recent mail, read and unread, of the respective individual or company.
