1. Why am I not administrator in e-Boks despite being administrator in MitID Erhverv?
Being administrator in e-Boks Erhverv does not automatically allow you administrative access to e-Boks. This title is specific for MitID Erhverv and simply signifies a capability for you to administer the rights and accesses for users of MitID Erhverv.
Instead, you must be certain that you distribute the required rights and accesses through Rettighedsportalen. This portal grants you the option to allow users access to Digital Post. It is worth noting that it is only the administrator in Rettighedsportalen that can distribute these rights and accesses.
e-Boks collaborates with Rettighedsportalen with an overview to the given rights and accesses to determine who has access to which functions in e-Boks Erhverv.
If you are Rettighedsadministrator in Rettighedsportalen, you will be able to log onto the e-Boks Erhverv of the company with full administrative rights and be allowed to grant access to additional employees.

There may be several causes for the error message 'User cannot register'.
A likely reason could be that your organization did not choose to transfer all users from the NemID employee signature when you changed to MitID Erhverv. In such cases you and other users might have lost access to e-Boks. For the affected users to be reconnected anew via their MitID, this entails that the former administrator logs on via the old NemID employee signature and signs up the remaining employees by following this guide.
If your organization have not used their NemID employee signature till now, or if you do not have access to this, additional actions may be required. In such cases you have the following options:
1. If your company have been assigned a representative, or, 'ledelsesrepræsentant' in MitID Erhverv, this person has the option to log onto the company's e-Boks Erhverv with full administrative rights without any additional setup. However, it bears mentioning that not all organizations have been assigned a representative, as it usually requires a single individual to administer on account of a company.

5. Can I log on using my private MitID?
If you own a company or have full administrative rights to one, it is possible for you to use your private MitID to log onto e-Boks Erhverv.
Moreover, if you are the representative of an association, you may also use your private MitID in such cases. This applies to voluntary associations, regular associations, cooperative associations, as well as special associations.
