For security reasons, we will not send the case's information back to the Requester. This is because we have experienced receiving sensitive data such as CPR numbers in the Subject and Descriptions fields.
If our system sent them back via e-mail, we will break the The Act on Processing of Personal Data. Therefore, we close cases containing sensitive information that is not sent to us encrypted.
You can always see your cases, communication and status on them. To do this, go to https://brugersupport.e-boks.dk/hc/en-us and click "Login user support" at the top right.
Have you written to us before?
If you have already written to us, click on "Get a password", enter your email address and you'll receive an email with a link where you can create a password. Then you can log in.
If you have not written to us before
If you have not previously written to us, click on "Sign up" and fill out your information. Shorly after you will receive an email with a link to sign up.
How to view your cases
Click the red box at the top right again and select "My activities".
Here you can see all your cases, the communication on them and their status. You also have the opportunity to comment on cases, create follow-ups or close cases.
